Disclaimer: The Muskogee's Haunted History Tours (including the Ghostly Walkers Tour) visit historic site's, sidewalk's, roadway's, step's, building's, businesses and home's that can pose a hazard to guests if not noticed or misused (i.e. uneven steps, sidewalks, pot holes, resurfaced roadways, curbs, traffic lights, night lights, other events, vehicle traffic). By purchasing these tickets for the Muskogee's Walking Tour (Ghostly Walkers Tour) and/or by attending the Tour, the ticket holder, for itself and any children it is accompanying on the tour under 18 years old, acknowledges and understands the hazards and limitations of the tour route in full. The ticket holder releases Three Rivers Museum, The City of Muskogee, Visit Muskogee, and all participating entities including/but not limited to Businesses, Residentials, Historic sites, and all roadways, businesses both private and public, located in/around Muskogee, Oklahoma, from any liability/responsibility and shall indemnify and hold harmless all said entities for injury(s), death(s), or damage(s) to person or property, stemming from his/her presence on the tour.
